Yes! Kestryn offers a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. No payment is charged during the trial. Make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you don't want to be charged.

The number of simultaneous connections depends on your plan. Check the App Store listing for current plan details. All plans fully support iOS.

Absolutely — that's one of the best use cases. Public Wi-Fi hotspots can expose your data to hackers. Kestryn encrypts all your traffic automatically, protecting you on any network including cafés, airports, and hotels.

We use WireGuard — the most modern and fastest VPN protocol available. It provides better performance than OpenVPN or IKEv2 while maintaining the highest security standards with 256-bit AES encryption.

Since payments go through the Apple App Store, you cancel through iOS settings:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your name → Subscriptions
3. Find Kestryn and tap it
4. Tap Cancel Subscription

Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

Refunds are handled by Apple. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. If you experienced a technical issue, contact us at apps@apelsinforsearch.com and we'll do our best to help.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You'll receive a receipt from Apple when your subscription renews. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Try these steps to improve speed:

• Connect to a server closer to your physical location — lower ping means faster speeds
• Use Smart Connect to let the app pick the optimal server automatically
• Make sure your base internet connection is stable (test without VPN first)
• Restart the app and reconnect

Try the following in order:

1. Force-close the app and reopen it
2. Toggle airplane mode on and off to reset your network
3. Try a different server location
4. Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management and verify the Kestryn VPN profile is installed
5. Reinstall the app if the issue persists

No. We operate a strict no-logs policy. We never record your browsing history, DNS queries, IP addresses, or any data that could identify your online activity. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Kestryn includes a Kill Switch that automatically blocks your internet if the VPN drops unexpectedly. This prevents any data from leaking to your ISP while the connection is restored. You can verify Kill Switch is enabled in the app settings.

While connected to Kestryn, visit dnsleaktest.com. All DNS servers shown should belong to our VPN, not your ISP. Kestryn routes all DNS queries through its own encrypted servers by default.
